I was getting bit sometimes, once or twice a week, sleeping on my sofa. I couldn't see anything, but vacuuming and laundry didn't stop the bites. I spent 90 minutes reading reviews and deciding which company to call. I picked John, and he was able to come over within a couple of hours. He inspected my sofa, flipped it over and looked underneath, took the cushions off and looked in the creases, and determined I don't have bedbugs. He thought possibly it's mosquitos biting me, or something like that. I'm just happy that whatever it is will probably be easier to solve than bedbugs would have been. He didn't charge me for the inspection, another thing I'm grateful for. ~ Linda P

I went on their website and watched John’s video and then I called. I had a new mattress delivered and immediately noticed a few bites. I checked my bed in the middle of the night and found a bug on my headboard. John had me send him the picture and verified it was a bedbug. Yes, I was freaked out. He came out and did an inspection at 6:45am! He told me he couldn’t find any other evidence of bed bugs.He thought maybe I just had that one that came in on something and didn’t have time to nest or lay eggs. (I think it came off of the mattress delivery guys as I was their 10th stop and they had removed old mattresses from other customers.) He said he won’t sell me a service that I do not need. I’m to contact him if I have anymore issues. I soooo appreciate his honesty!!! I will use him if I need him and I will refer others to his company!!! Call this company as bed bugs is what they do! We just moved into a new place, we were here about a month when we started getting attacked in our sleep. Found out it was bed bugs. We reached out to CPM and ended up speaking with the owner John. We set up our walk through after that we set up our two appointments. After the first treatment most of our problem disappeared with the exception of a few survivors John came back for the 2nd and final treatment and finished them off for good! BEDBUGS of Arizona- (company name) I had a concern about the possibility of bedbugs in my home. After researching multiple companies, I contacted the owner of this company, Mr. John Taylor. He made the drive across the valley to check my home out the very next morning. He was knowledgable, found no evidence of bugs, and did NOT try to upsell me anything. He is a true professional, thorough, and honest. I was beyond relieved not only about the lack of bugs, but thrilled that I chose to call this company. First treatment was on Jan. 5. John arrived on time. The house smelled a bit like oats when we returned after the 4-hour window, but the smell quickly dissipated. Second treatment was on Jan. 18. There was a lack of communication about the day for that treatment. It was originally scheduled for the 19th, but when I called on the 18th to confirm I was told it would have to be rescheduled. John was accommodating & came the same day because it worked for both of us. I'm pleased with the service & the 1-year warranty is a real plus. So far, so good! ~ Lori T

I called John in a panic when I worried I had bedbugs due to suspicious bites. I have a history of an allergy and was very concerned. He came within a couple hours of calling (on a holiday nonetheless!) and did a thorough inspection. Thankfully nothing was found. He was so so kind and reassuring as well as professional. Recommend to anyone, he says this is all he does so I can imagine he is an expert in treatment. John is a stand-up and honest guy. I suspected a bed bug problem, and he was able to come the very next day for a free inspection. He was 100% honest with me that there were no signs of any bed bugs. He answered all my questions and left me feeling very confident that if I ever needed any bed bug services I could turn to him. I had a problem in my home thanks to a visitor that had a little hitchhiker on him and of course a few months later we inherited his problem. Tried to get rid of the problem myself to no avail. I came across John on a google search and took a chance on his services. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and was very personable. He arrived neat and clean and did a great job. My stepson called all in a panic because he saw red flakes on his bathroom sink and the tv stand in the living room and insisted we had bed bugs all because we found what looked like one bed bug around a month ago. So on the way home we called John in a panic ourselves and incredibly he was over in about 30 minutes. He looked around the apartment and said he could find no evidence of bedbugs and when my wife asked what we owed him he said we owed him nothing. Now that is a sign of a true professional. We went out to eat and I installed a bug identifying app on my phone. When we got home there was 2 other red flakes on his comforter. My wife rubbed one and it left a red streak on the comforter which looked like blood. I took a picture of the other red flake and at first the app said it found no insect. I took another pic and it said the bug was a bed bug. I enlarged the pic and it certainly looked like it wasn’t an insect. I sent John the picture and he confirmed that it was not one. I guess the app could be useful but if your not completely sure leave it to John the professional ~ David L

What an honest man. John conducted a free inspection, determined that no bed bugs were present, didn’t upsell me on anything, and kindly shared his expertise. Though I hope I never need his services, he’d be my one and only call in the future. Though I still have to identify the mystery villains biting me, “no bed bugs” gives me invaluable peace of mind. My mom is elderly and had been being bitten and did not even know it. I saw the little bed bugs running amuk where she slept and watched tv. I looked online for some info. I found Bed Bugs Arizona. I spoke with John the owner. He came out for a Free Inspection. He did determine that indeed she had Bed Bugs. John educated us on his technique which was to spray and not use heat. I decided to use him with all the positive reviews I saw. We scheduled a date with him. John showed up on time. We left the house for 4hrs and came back. Some pesticide odor left just like John stated. I opened up a few windows and it was gone quickly. The odor doesn't hurt you. I looked around and saw lots of dead bugs. Nothing moving. I was blown away of how good it worked. John also follows up in 2 weeks to the date of first service. Obviously to kill any eggs that might have hatched and any stragglers. It's been roughly two months now and no bugs of any sort. SO IMPRESSED!!! John never missed a beat in this whole process. VERY REASONABLE PRICING CONSIDERING!!!! First off...John was wonderful. Very professional. He answered all my questions before I could even ask. Also, when I called, or texted he answered the phone himself. John came out and inspected our bedroom for bedbugs. He did not find any concerning evidence and did not charge for the inspection. This provided great peace of mind for us as we have had several guests staying at the house recently and were concerned that could have introduced bed bugs at some point. John was the best. He did inform me that while I did have an infestation, it was not that bad. About a 2 on a scale of 1-10. He was very kind and informed me of everything I needed to do to prepare. He was even able to schedule me for the next day and even showed up 2 hours ahead of schedule. I was having issues with my chime account (an internal issue), but John was very accommodating and patient while i got the payment to him. My house was a little cluttered, but John assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. I left my house about 11:30AM and returned at 4. I can tell he really put in some work because all my furniture was moved around. Took all of 5 minutes to put it all back. I took my king sized bed off the frame for him and he was nice enough to put it back when he was done. The house did have a slight smell when I got back, but nothing unbearable and I'm sure will quickly dissipate. I will post a second review when he comes back in 2 weeks for my 2nd treatment, but as of right now I will highly recommend John, even going as far as keeping his number saved in my contacts to spread the word of how awesome he was.
